Most times I try to find something new to watch I end up browsing for half an hour and then resorting to something I know is good because I’ve watched it over and over. 🤣
I didn't see those two on Prime, though I don't think either one is actually under Prime's creative control (which might be a factor). I will have to look into Catastrophe though, given the praise coming from you.
For AppleTV+, I think the ones I've mentioned have the most merit for watching, though I am thinking about giving Slow Horses a go (hard to say no to Gary Oldman). Ted Lasso had the most promise in my view, but it flails about quite a bit after Season 1. Lasso, Foundation, Monarch, and Bad Monkey all have strong language and sexual content, so be prepared.

We do that a lot too, and much like a good book, a good show or film has something worth rewatching.
I'm only familiar with Prime, but Catastrophe is one of the best comedies in a long time. I have qualified praise for Fleabag as well.
From afar Apple+ does seem to have the highest quality shows and since they can be added on to prime now I might sample them. Any other Apple+ recs?
